Your orders are shipped from our office in Karachi via registered courier services directly to your doorstep.
We dispatch orders within 1–2 business days after order confirmation for COD (Cash on Delivery).
Typically, purchased products are delivered within 5 business days from the order date if placed between 10 AM and 4 PM, Monday through Friday. For orders placed outside these hours, please allow an additional business day.
Riwayat-e-Ayzal is not liable for damages that occur after delivery. All claims for shortages or damages must be reported to our customer service within 24 hours of delivery, along with photographs of the damaged items.
Free shipping is available on all orders above Rs. 3,000.
