Shipping Policy
Your orders are shipped from our office in Karachi via registered courier services directly to your doorstep.
We dispatch orders within 1–2 business days after order confirmation for COD (Cash on Delivery).
Typically, purchased products are delivered within 5 business days from the order date if placed between 10 AM and 6 PM, Monday through Friday. For orders placed outside these hours, please allow an additional business day.
In compliance with Pakistani laws, we must include an invoice copy with the package as part of the shipping documentation, even for orders made as gifts.
A goods receipt must be signed upon delivery. If you are unavailable to sign, please ensure an alternative recipient, such as a family member, colleague, or neighbor, is available. However, Riwayat-e-Ayzal cannot take responsibility for products signed for by alternative recipients.
Riwayat-e-Ayzal is not liable for damages that occur after delivery. All claims for shortages or damages must be reported to our customer service within 24 hours of delivery, along with photographs of the damaged items.
Free shipping is available for all orders above Rs. 3000.
If your order does not arrive within the estimated delivery time, which is 3 to 5 business days, please contact our customer support team. We will investigate the matter and respond appropriately.
Refunds, Returns & Exchange Policy

We want you to be delighted with your purchase, and we understand that sometimes situations may arise where you need to request a refund or return. This Refunds and Returns Policy outlines the terms and conditions for refund and return requests for products purchased from Riwayat-e-Ayzal. By purchasing with us, you agree to comply with the guidelines below.
We accept returns for any product you’re unsatisfied with, though we encourage you to share your feedback to help us improve.
Return or exchange requests can be made within 15 days from your order’s delivery date.
At least 90% of the product must remain in the bottle to qualify for a return or exchange.
Refund requests will be processed within 7 working days after we receive the returned product at our office.
Please note that any delivery charges applied to your order are non-refundable for returned or exchanged products since these charges are paid to the courier company.
For exchange orders, customers are responsible for paying the delivery charges.
Tester Boxes are non-refundable as they are intended solely for testing our fragrances.
Orders exceeding Rs. 10,000 are not eligible for refunds but can be exchanged.
We will cover the delivery charges in case of damage, leakage, or incorrect products.
All returns must be sent to our return address mentioned on the packing slip of your parcel.
Defective/Damaged Product or Short Content
If you receive a defective or damaged product, or if anything is missing or different from our website, we apologize for any inconvenience caused. To be eligible for a refund or exchange in such cases, please follow these steps:
1. Contact our customer support team at contact@Riwayat-e-Ayzal.com or WhatsApp number 03359364895 within 24 hours of receiving the product.
2. Provide clear photographs or videos of the defective or damaged item including the shipping label as proof.
3. Our customer support team will review your request and, if approved, initiate the refund process.
Incorrect Product Shipped
In the rare event that you receive an incorrect item, please contact our customer support team within 24 hours of delivery. We will promptly rectify the situation by sending you the correct product or refunding.
Change of Mood
There is no return, refund, or exchange in case of a “change of mood”.
